Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All our orders are processed with in 2-3 days and are shipped using Hermes tracking service. The shipping usually takes 2-3 days but please expect delays around the holiday periods. If we think your order will arrive later we will contact you a head of time to let you know. If you haven't received your order after the above lead time please contact us using any of the methods on our contact page with your order number and we will be happy to help.

We ship to the UK and internationally.

Return & Exchange Policy

We only accept returns under the following conditions.

 - The item isn't a bespoke or handmade wooden item.

 - The item hasn't been used by your tiny furry pets.

We only exchange items under the following conditions.

 - The item meets our returns conditions above.

 - The item arrived broken through shipping (only accepted if pictures of the broken item are provided and our team access the pictures to confirm the item is broken during shipping)

 - You ordered the wrong item by accident. (We know accidents can happen when ordering products with different sizes. We will only do exchanges if we have the right item for you in stock)
